At the world's largest private company, we didn't just witness transformation — we built it. We designed and led a high-impact commercial talent academy that elevated leaders across 30+ countries, embedding real change where it mattered most. That legacy now lives on through Elevance — a name that captures our mission to elevate and advance individuals, teams, and organisations.
Founded in 2024, our brand is new — but our roots run deep. With over 60 years of combined experience across sales, marketing, business growth, and leadership, we bring clarity, strategy, and action to talent development.
