Before moving into coaching and capability building, I spent over 20 years in marketing roles across brand and trade in regional and global MNCs. Over time, my work shifted from markets, brands, and marketing insights to the people leading them. That shift turned out to be something I became genuinely passionate about.

I work on this in two ways.

With organizations through Elevance Coaching & Advisory, which I co-founded with a team of practitioners after contributing to a global commercial capability program at Cargill, where we collectively developed over 1,300 sales managers and KAMs across 30+ countries. At Elevance, we work with commercial teams on KAM capability, coaching culture, and leadership performance.

Through Launchpad and 1:1 Coaching, you can access a structured three-phase coaching program for senior leaders stepping into new roles or navigating a meaningful career transition. Each engagement is built around the individual, with a clear output: a personal operating system for the next chapter of their leadership.
